Made-to-Order Products
Every item from Eyes Open Supplies is printed on demand specifically for you. Because each product is custom-made when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our sizing chart carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at info@eyesopensupplies.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Once verified, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. In cases where a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.
Sizing
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection. Please consult the size guide on each product page before purchasing. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they enter production (typically within a few hours of purchase).
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to locate or replace it.
